Once your system is designed, our installation team will install, configure, and optimize your system so you can start using it to improve your productivity. The installation team will setup the hardware and software so that it can automate your work flow. Training is also available to assist the employees of your company in reducing the learning curve. This will allow your organization to start realizing the benefits of the system as soon as possible.
You can count on Hi-Tech to be there after the sale as well. Hi-Tech supports everything we sell; we have a full support department to handle in warranty and out of warranty repairs. Our support department can assist you even if you are having problems with a product purchased from another supplier. Our highly trained Systems Engineers have many years experience and many authorizations.
Our Structured Cabling Division can assist your organization with structured cabling solutions including voice, video, security, and data. We offer design, installation, and certification of fiber optics, twisted pair, and coax cabling. Hi-Tech has on staff factory certified cable installers and all of the latest equipment and tools necessary to complete the installation, testing, and certification of our clients cabling needs. Hi-Tech also offers Visio network diagrams, complete documentation, and certification reports.
Hi-Tech has partnered with AmeriMedia, Inc. to offer our clients Internet services including web design, hosting, Internet access, bandwidth, e-mail service, etc.
